We rented a pickup truck here, and the entire process was fantastic. I didn’t get his name, but the man who helped us and checked us out in the rental department was so nice and brightened our day. He was quite tall and had dark hair. He’s excellent at his job and went out of his way to be helpful and kind to us.

Tried to exchange something I paid for online and picked up in the store yesterday, mind you they had them on the shelf because I was in there the day before that and saw it. Today they told me I would have to return and buy it again for a higher price in store than I got it online, one lady was gonna a price adjustment so it would be the same price I had paid before so it would still be like an exchange same product same prices she went to get help to do that and the person she got to help her shorter lady stemmed like she just didn’t want to do it, and said that we can’t do that cause it’s online we don’t know if we have it, even though it was on the shelf this wasn’t an going out of stock item . She was no help and trying to get me to pay more for something than I initially did all because from what I could see she just didn’t want to work. So now I am stuck with a product I purchased that was already malfunctioning and in order to get one that isn’t they want me to basically buy it for double the price. The customer service people are terrible the don’t be wanting to service the customer
