    Will not return!! Had a horrible experience with online ordering only half of my order was completed but was never notified on why my order wasn’t finished until I arrived at this location. Went inside to speak with an employee and spoke to Scarlett who had a very NASTY attitude with a lot of neck rolling because I was dissatisfied with my order and she wasn’t helpful AT ALL!! If you’re going to be rude customers and your other coworkers then you shouldn’t be working in retail !!

    John at Concord Mills location was amazing!!! Everyone else was seemed little busy. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and kind and patient. Thanks John, Lowe's is a better place because of you!

    I had a terrible experience at this Lowe’s location involving the manager, Evin, and the young woman at the customer service returns desk. The front desk employee consistently displays a poor attitude and makes every interaction unnecessarily difficult. During my most recent visit, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to assist with a simple price match request. As I tried to explain my situation, she interrupted me mid-sentence and said, “If you’ll let me finish.” At that point, I asked to speak with the manager, Evin. She responded with attitude and said, “The manager will tell you the same thing. She then called the manager and told him over the phone, “Come tell this customer what I already told him so he can hear it from you,” which was completely unprofessional. When Evin arrived, he was visibly irritated and showed no interest in helping resolve the issue. His exact response was, Nope, can’t help you with this price. Go to the other Lowe’s, I’m sure they can help. When I asked why this location could not do what another Lowe’s could, he replied, We’re an independently owned store. That answer and attitude made it clear that customer service and company policy are not priorities here. This store charges noticeably higher prices, often 20 to 30 percent more than other Lowe’s locations, and refuses to honor the company’s own price match guarantee. The staff’s lack of professionalism and basic courtesy reflects poorly on management and on the Lowe’s brand as a whole. I will not be returning to this store again, and I strongly recommend that others take their business to another Lowe’s location where customers are treated with respect and issues are handled professionally.

    If I could give 5 stars to just one person, that person would be Ben. When I tell say, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs....that is an understatement. He deserves recognition for sure. Thank you Ben!
