Even with a gift receipt there is no gift card issued to purchase anything else from their own business. Crazy. Do not buy gifts from Lowe's.

While being installed the bottom frame was heavily dented which caused problems later on. The dryer is less than a year old and they won’t replace the damaged item or take any responsibility. So we are out the cost and have to purchase a new dryer. Also, to get ahold of anyone to speak to was also a major issue. I was hung up on numerous times, transferred to wrong departments, and told I would receive a call back, which never happened. Do not give them your business.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
