And prior to delivery I called in to confirm delivery time and LOUIS went out his way to give me an ETA to assure it fit my schedule. Something so simple but most appreciated from both employees I got a great customer service experience! I recommend this location based on those two encounters alone! Thanks again!

He hung up the phone on me when this morning when I called about them coming to get their furniture they have been harassing me about. And he needs to be FIRED!!!!! I’ve told them I don’t know how many times that I didn’t want the furniture because I’m not working and can’t afford it. EVERYDAY their calling me and different people about me and coming to my house everyday. Me my grandma and husband told them I didn’t want the stuff they could come get it they kept refusing to take it. Yesterday I’m feeding my baby and I get a visit from the sheriff because they are trying to take me to court!!!

Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
