  I love my refrigerator! I never thought I’d be saying that but it is the truth. It is larger inside even though it is the same size as my previous one. It is beautiful. Truly, I am very happy I purchased this after having it suggested to me. I would have never considered it. We have been so blessed to have Haywood Appliance, rather than a large box store, here in Western North Carolina. They are family owned and everyone including the repair dept. work hard to treat their customers with respect.

  My son and daughter-in-law had just purchased their first home. They had poured every penny they could scrape together to purchase their dream home and had little to nothing left over for any home related issues. The home had a refrigerator but after moving in they realized that it wasn’t working. I called Whitney on Tuesday at around 1pm and within a half hour she was returning my call. They had someone out early the very next day. He checked the fridge, found what was wrong and told my daughter-in-law that he was going to try to get it working as cheaply as possible because he knew how hard it was for a young couple starting out. He had it running again in less then an hour and with the diagnostics AND repairs it was less then $150 saving them the enormous cost of a new fridge. The fridge is working like a charm and we ALL couldn’t be happier! I have never done business with Haywood Appliance before this but I know where my next appliance will be coming from. Thank you so much!

  Update 3/13/20 : still can't say enough good. I have been using Haywood appliance for over 14 years, All of my personal appliances were supplied by Haywood. I have an older model wolf gourmet stove that needed parts that are hard to find. the tech never gave up and was able to find them. Making things even more difficult we live at 4180' on top of a mountain, in the winter it is hard to get there with out 4wd drive every week I received a call to ask if the roads were better, they never gave up. In late Feb both our schedules and weather worked and the part was installed. Our company uses them as well for our homes we build. Customer service has always exceeded expectations. In the building industry if a supplier is slow to react to an issue you move on to the next, I can say I have always had great service and support for over 14 years.
