    Everyone was very nice and helpful. I drove from Wilson to get a storage organizer for my frying pans and the box on the shelf was very damaged. I asked if I could get one that was new and undamaged, they said yes and got me the new one.

    There is NEVER an associate at the paint desk. This morning, I waited behind two gentlemen waiting for assistance at the paint desk. The two ladies overseeing the checkout were directly across from us and saw that we were not receiving assistance, but I had to go ask for them to page an associate to the paint desk. After about 20 minutes of waiting, this young girl came, but honestly, she should only be working in the greenhouse. She did not know how to tint primer, and said that it could not be done, because there was not enough room in the container to add the dye; however, the manufacturer label states "tintable". There have been other times this same girl has not been able to use the computer to mix paints. The other Lowe's stores has at least two associates that man the paint desk all the time. With paint being a major selling item, Clinton needs to step up their game and provide better customer service at the paint desk and the associates at the check out need to also provide better service when they see there is a need.

    I just spent almost two hours in this location and got half of what I needed but very unhappy and unsatisfied with the customer service. Our evening visit started with a plan on purchasing doors and a blackstone. We started by asking for help from an associate to help look up doors, they sent me and my wife to customer service desk, the associate there acted clueless and was puzzled. While waiting there my wife ended up locating what we were looking for online. We made our way back to the door section. While looking at doors we were finally approached by an associate who could help us, which was 45 minutes after we initially requested help. That associate was very helpful and even helped us with making the decision with a consultation on installing them. We decided we would go back to the grills and outdoor section and purchase a blackstone. We asked for assistance, yet after another 35 minutes of waiting for someone to come help us after requesting help three times from customer service, someone finally made an appearance. We told the associate that we would like to purchase the blackstone, they informed us they had 6. The associate disappeared and never returned after 25 minutes, so we accepted our fate and left - a loss of $600 for them today and an additional amount on doors. This store wasn’t at all busy, it was below moderate consumers in the store, I have product numbers for the doors and will be purchasing a blackstone elsewhere.
