I have always felt my items were safe, the facility is super clean, and the customer service is outstanding! I spoke with Roderick regarding an increase in my monthly rate. He was able to drop my rate back down to where it was when I first moved my items in which took so much weight off my shoulders. I was about to move my items into another storage company next week, thankfully Roderick saved the day and now I don’t have to move out next week!
