I am a contractor and my truck was broke down and I assumed I could use Lowe's delivery. Very bad idea they show up whenever they want to Time and day doesn't mean anything everybody in the store is sorry but they can't do anything about it not even discounts nothing and it was not just one order that did not show up on the time or day it was supposed to it was four over a week showing up whenever they want to if they even show up drivers showing up saying they'll be back and never showing up I have nothing good to say about the delivery service and I really needed help because my truck was broken. I am having no problems giving all my business to home Depot because at least a person will talk to me.

Ashley really went above and beyond to help me in the paint section! I had trouble with picking out a color to paint a really tricky space and i was feeling so overwhelmed going in. Ashley was so helpful in recommending colors and I took her advice and I can’t tell you want a difference it made! Color theory is wild. Anyway I really appreciated her patience with me and my indecisiveness in addition to her great advice and help! As I was checking out I noticed she was leaving for the day and had stayed late just to help me. It takes a special kinda person to have that much patience and willingness to jump in and help someone at the end of a long shift. Thank you Ashley! I hope Lowe’s appreciates you!

I am a lowes pro customer and shop at many different locations, and this is the store I visit most often. The associates here are always very helpful and I appreciate the service. However, the experience at the entrance has become quite frustrating. There is almost always a table set up right by the doors for various donations. It makes it difficult to just "get in and out" quickly. If you decline, the volunteers often give you a look or a sarcastic "have a good day." It would be a much better experience if the tables were moved further away from the main entrance/exit so customers who want to engage can go to them, rather than being approached every time they walk through the door.

I will NEVER shop this Lowe's again. Your customer service rep at the counter has zero customer service. I'm a paying pick up customer if I'm not sure where to check in it's YOUR job to help. The attitudes I encountered from the staff here was enough for me to never shop this location again. The location on South blvd provides WAY better customer service, I have never encountered an issue there.

Be careful when you buy hay from this place, I ordered two Pennington hay and they had it blocked off in the store, so they told me to go to a truck and they will load it. What they wanted to load was unprocessed farm hay with seeds a debris. I had to drive back over to the store to get the 16 dollar hay I paid for. I ended up moving all the blockage after I was ignored by both sales associate when I told them I don't want the hay outside. I want the brand name one I pad for. Make sure you are getting the items you pay for.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
