    I expect no results from this, but here goes. After 30+ years buying and returning products for one reason or another and in nearly every condition imaginable, this store is the first to ever deny a product exchange. After purchasing an incorrectly sized closet door I realized mid installion that it was wrong and attempted to exchange the door for the correct product that same day. Store manager John and associate Grace refused the exchanged citing that, because the door is “partially installed”, it can’t be resold and is a “loss to the store”. Exact words. That a multi billion dollar corporation cares more about preventing a $100 store loss than satisfying its hard working customers is disappointing. I am a homeowner doing a DIY installation who made a simple mistake. Now I’m out $100 for a door I can’t use and store manager John at store #1112 gets to claim himself as the real hero for saving his company $100. The good news for me is Home Depot store #3640 is across the street and they have been exceptional to work with since moving my projects to them.

    This is the 3rd consecutive trip during normal business hours where an entire lumber aisle has been closed. You can see from the picture this was not a temporary closing - it's being used for storage. What's the point of having items for sale if you constantly block customers from accessing them?

    My wife and I went to the Lowe’s on Providence Road to purchase some paint for a furniture redo project. Cynthia in the paint department was exceptional in helping us to make the right decision for our piece . She was knowledgeable and especially friendly wanting to help us secure our exact paint to complete our project. I also made two returns while at Lowe’s . Judy in customer service was the best as she helped me to make my returns ! Both ladies are exceptional employees. This is my new Lowe’s as I usually shop at Matthews, or Indian Trail they can’t even touch the customer service of Providence Road Lowe’s Thanks Wayne

    Let me tell you about this Lowes' location. My Lowe's associate RITA was EXTREMELY helpful! She went out her way to assist me...even getting me a more voluminous plant than the one I had chosen!!!! She was sweet, honest and an exemplary employee. All of the folks that work at this location reach out and help willingly. Please try my neighborhood Lowes'. We don't go anywhere else! Thanks RITA! My family loved the flowering plants!!!!!!!

    Went to return 3 piece of plywood that was delivered incorrectly. No one would help me get the correct size from the 2nd shelf. Asked for a manager numerous times and was said by one associate that she isn't answering, one stated she was on phone with customer, 20 minutes? One employee ignored me when I asked for help, another told someone they could not help. Cashier preferred straightening candy bars to helping me. I left my number, what's the chance Maria calls? Worst customer service ever!
