  Mr. Al is super helpful - he keeps the facility clean and well monitored. I needed to downsize my unit and he immediately made time to show me smaller units and helped me start a new rental contract.

  Excellent service, When I arrived at my unit it was clean, but the lock they promised was missing. When you rent they give you a solid, complimentary lock. Fortunately, I stopped by the office and they quickly replaced the missing lock and I was able to move in. The unit is as described and the facility is easy to work in.

  It was very easy to set up an account and get a unit. Al was very helpful showing me different size storage units to get a feel for what I needed. He has even helped my husband with heavier items. Close to home and great price! Very happy to chose this location.

  This is not my first Extra Space Storage facility that I visited, but it is hands down the best and primarily because "Al" must be the manager there. I found him extremely helpful and very professional. He helped me identify the best option for my storage needs and the process was quick and easy to get all signed up. Kudos to the team that selected Al to be the on-site manager. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. A previous nearby facility was entirely on responsive for over half an hour calling there phone number listed on the door as they said on the door that they stepped away but they did provide a phone number however no one answered that phone number or the regular phone number. Finally when a woman did reach me she impune the Integrity of my statements where I had called five times and I assured her that I would show her my phone log and she said that wasn't necessary but that she was there all the time. Perhaps there's a delay in phone transfers and all that sort of thing but it left a very nasty opinion of that other location. Thankfully a professional gentleman eventually was available and came to the door and quickly determined that they couldn't meet my storage needs and forwarded me to the awesome Al at the Youngblood location.

  Extra Space Storage provides an excellent product and service. The price is very reasonable, the units are easy to access and the online tools make things so convenient. When you do need human interaction there's someone available to help! With one brief phone call, Al in the office took care of everything.
