In 3 years our rent went up 132% with no appreciable upgrades to the location other than 1 gate. Our rate went from $94 to $218, in really closer to 2.5 years. That's the only negative thing I have to say about this storage location. Never had any problems or issues but can't keep taking that much of a financial hit, for no real reason. Hope this helps keep you informed.
