Asked for assistance finding an item and the young lady just stood there frozen like “sorry” so figured I ask the cashier. “I don’t know enough about this item”. I asked if anyone was available to assist me, “not right now”… as a group of 3 younger employees stood right by the register giggling and playing loudly. Not one came to even try to assist. Had a more pleasant experience with older employees working and willing to help.
