I ordered two lamps online in early July; they arrived less than a week later - both broken. I returned them to this location, and was not refunded for shipping. I elected to order two more lamps to the store and pick them up so not to risk broken lamps sent to my home again. I was told I’d be called when they arrived. When over a month passed, I contacted the store and they could not locate the order. I then visited the store twice and was told they would arrive end of August. Well, I visited the store a third time - now over two months since I initially ordered the lamps - and they still could not locate them or give me a date for delivery. I elected to give up and go buy lamps elsewhere. I’ve never had such poor customer service or order fulfillment with any company, especially over something so simple as a pair of lamps. So if you shop here, make sure it’s for something you do not need to order or expect to return.
