Edit: We were told we were going to receive an additional discount once their Black Friday sale started today, so we went ahead and purchased last week and I just received information from the store that my purchase is not eligible, despite being told otherwise. Will has told us he will file a support ticket to get the 200 dollars and I will update when that has been settled.
Update: the claim was denied so no additional discount.
Overall, the staff was friendly and it was a good deal still but I did leave with an impression that I was getting a better deal than what I am actually paying in the end.

Worst shopping experience of my life. I stopped in Saturday (4 days ago) and was assisted in ordering a pillow since it was not in stock in store. $230 for a pillow but I have been in severe neck & back pain, mixed with insomnia so I’ll try anything at this point. However the associate informed me that my shipping address was not showing up in the system, but he was going to make the adjustment right after we left. I never received an email with an order confirmation as you usually do , but I didn’t think anything of it. As of yesterday, I still had not received any information for the order or shipping so I called customer service and not only had the store entered my name and email wrong, but they also never changed my address so it was getting shipped to the store (30 minutes away from me) instead of my apartment. Because of the pain that I am in I was needing to get the pillow ASAP and that is not at all the case. The customer service team also informed me to call the store so they can change my address and get it then rerouted properly. I have since called the store 7 different times just for no one to answer. You’d think if you are purchasing something at such a high price point I would not have to be going around putting in all this effort just to get my item! And to think my fiancé and I were thinking about getting a mattress as well… NO THANKS!

On a recent visit, I purchased a contoured neck pillow. Before the purchase, the staff was wonderful with offering many options and I made my final selection. When I got home, I was very excited to open my pillow and looked forward to a great night of sleep. However, the pillow I opened was nothing like the one used for display and trial test in the store. The pillow I purchased is like lying on a rock and is so uncomfortable. I reached out to the store, and asked if there were different firmness’s of the pillow available and was told they are all the same.. I was told the pillows have to be worked in before they will feel anything like the ones that were tried in the store. I Only wished this would have been explained while in the store. Went from very excited to awfully disappointed.

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
