Others words was it is $75 for diagnostics. We fund second option fixing the problem for lest than $500. I recommend go direct to manufacturer technician next time.

Said he would order them necessary parts and install them if I had problems with my oven in the future. The oven is about 14 years old so I expecting that I have to replace it. Glad i chose him to fix the oven for me at a reasonable price.

The entire experience right from the first conversation with Arthur setting up the appointment the very next day (Saturday) to all the communication as to when they would arrive at my house to the work that was done on my dryer! He quickly did a diagnostic test on our washer. He said the washer could be repaired but it needed a new part. Since the part would have to be ordered, he wasn't sure whether the job could be completed today or not but he located the part locally. He was back at our home in less than an hour after his first visit along with the part. He repaired our washer without any problems. Thank you so much SmartFix Appliance Repair for a wonderful experience and service. I will use your company again and highly recommend you to others. Happy Holidays!!!
