I thanked him and went outside to breaker box turned off main and lo and behold the red wire to the breaker was not all the way in the breaker. Retightened the red wire and the dryer is working as normal! Thank you!!

Instead of replacing the entire hood he suggested only replacing the part that was not working saving me a hundreds of dollars on the purchase I was going to make. As soon as the part came in he returned and fixed the broken part. Would highly recommend.

If you’re looking for - friendly, responsive customer service, honest opinions from knowledgeable technicians who are respectful of your home, exceptionally fair repair/parts costs, and a company that truly understands how much of a necessity your appliances are - then you need to call these guys! Super easy to schedule a repair appointment on their website, they always came on time, and they were quick to return the following business day when a part needed to be ordered. (In our case it was a garbage disposal and drainage hose for the dishwasher). Honestly, super smooth process from start to finish - no hiccups or surprise costs. Excellent all around - very deserving of their 5 star reviews!
- MAMonica ApodacaNov 11, 20254.0I can’t find my initial review but I had commented that while the service and technician was good I was disappointed by the prices I paid for the part. Well while he fixed one issue another popped up so the tech back out and told me the replacement part they use is SEER certified hence why it is more expensive than what you will find on Amazon. Additionally all their charges include the 60 or 90 day warranty you get with the service as well and expedited repair. So long story I appreciate the details but maybe should have been more clear when giving pricing what you pay for. All in all I would recommend.
