This review is not about the location itself, but about an employee named Cindy. Unfortunately, Cindy has consistently demonstrated zero customer service skills. On multiple occasions when I approached her for assistance, she delayed responding, appeared visibly unhappy, and ultimately replied with a poor attitude.
This type of behavior reflects negatively on the store and creates a bad experience for customers. I strongly urge the store manager and corporate leadership to address this issue immediately. Cindy clearly requires proper customer service training, or should be reassigned to a role where she does not interact directly with customers.
Employees like Cindy should not be allowed to continue representing the company in this manner.
