    I have the unfortunate displeasure of leaving a negative review on one of your employees. Today at approximately 4:50 p.m.; I was turned away by a rather rude African-American female who appeared to be in her 50s. I was informed by this individual that the registers were already down as they were closing earlier today at 5pm instead of 8pm. I was on foot with my 8 year old daughter because our key battery for our car had died. My purchase of a replacement battery would have taken only 2 minutes, but CLEARLY this disgruntled employee was far more concerned with her early snow day exit instead of being a decent human being. I was visibly upset (which I should not have been) and then this employee had the audacity to inform me that I was a terrible example for my child (perhaps she was right, but she never should have said it as a Lowe's employee). I'm not writing this so that this woman can be fired. I'm writing to say PLEASE keep her employed because I can EASILY avoid her ilk by shopping at Home Depot from here on out.

    Compre una lavadora en menos de un mes empezo a fallar le compre 3 años de garantia tuve que mudarme ase unos dias ya fui 5 veces a la tienda y no me la quieren arreglar y tampoco devolverme el dinero alegando que no pueden porque yo me cambie de direccion,nunca me explicaron que si me mudaba la garantia automaticamente expiraba o que tenia que dejar la lavadora en el antiguo apartamento,con mucha impotencia y estafada,deberian informarle al cliente sobre la poliza y no estafarlo a uno ya que los tiempos estan dificiles cadena de tienda en todo el pais y son unos estafadores

    Stores always really messy I've been here quite a few times over the years probably needs better management. That means that I had a really good experience with Chuck in the plumbing today he was as helpful as he could be and help me find what I needed everything was in the wrong spot in the inventory area for some small items but he stuck with it and help me find what I needed I appreciate that Chuck. Give this man a raise maybe move him to management I don't know. Such low-hanging fruit to keep things organized. Also I didn't really appreciate the self checkout situation I felt like I was being watched and hovered over the computer second-guess my calculations as well in part numbers in the attendant came over and hovered watching me like I'm a criminal. Like if you're going to watch me that closely just do the damn job yourself offer to check out and count everything up

    The new self-pick up process is terrible. Scanner didn’t work, and rep still had to assist with pickup. Two check in computers? Limited instructions, very confusing.
