    If I could give a negative review, I would. I am an Uber driver and I’ve been to hundreds of Lowe’s where I’ve experienced a variation of Customer Service with the online order pick up area. Today November 4 at 12:25 PM I went in and a young lady who was in this area was trying to help me find my order that wasn’t showing up for either of us on our phones and she looked down at the box in front of her and said oh this is it. In my experience, the Lowe’s representative will either offer me to help me bring it to my car or they will at least have it sitting on a carriage/Buggy. She walked away as soon as she told me that that was my order. I looked around for a carriage and could not find one so I asked her if she had a cart and she looked me up and down continue to fix her shoe. Once finished, she pulled the carriage out from behind the area, put it next to my item and then walked away. Never have I ever experience such lack of customer service at one of these Lowe’s locations in the pick up area. She either doesn’t want to be here or doesn’t care and it shows.

    Got what I needed very easily. Asked an Associate for directions to something specific and was given precise location and isle number saving me time walking and looking.

    Poor customer service. Rental tools guy (Sergio) is a really bad actitud. I need pay with debit card but Rental and customer service don’t have idea as take my payment. Only Pro Desk take time to look any way to figure out.
