They were up there talking and cutting up when I walked up to the counter. They asked me if I was gonna do a return. I said no I was gonna check out and they told me I had to go to self checkout. What is the point of customer service if not to help people check out at customer service I was very nice about it. I will no longer be coming to this Lowe’s because their employees do not care about their customers.

Huge shoutout to the young guy in the back wearing a green army vest—he mentioned having an engineering background, and it definitely showed. Super knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed. He made everything easy and answered all my questions. I have more projects in the spring hopefully he'll still be there to work with me on those too. Awesome service!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
