Cheaper than supply houses and they have the every day stuff at or mostly below the going rates and everything is there conveniently. Not having to stop by Ferguson or Hughes then travel to Fastenal and the lumber yard or building supply houses. It's definitely not great at specialty items but that's not they're bag anyhow.

Try calling the local store number and you will also understand the frustration any customer experiences when trying to call the store. Seems that ZERO testing was done before the change was released. Bring back the press x for the department you want to talk to. Until the AI phone answering system Lowes was a 5star review but now you cannot talk to a person in a department anymore. Once I finally got AI to transfer to associate nobody answered the phone. Horrible customer service. The Pineville store at least answered the phone and then made a transfer to the department. Do better and get rid or have option not to use AI garbage.

My son asked about a specific inflatable, and we found out it was the last one in the store. It was also on the very top shelf. The store staff was more than happy to bust out a ladder that they had to get from across the store. They were super courteous, very professional, and made our visit great.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
