I would give zero stars if I could.
We called in advance to see if they had a rental truck available. We were told that they do have trucks available but they can’t hold them (Denver store said they were holding a truck for a customer). We rush over and are told they have a van but unfortunately they don’t know where the keys are. But ..: they have the keys to the box truck, ok we will take that. But wait they have the keys but can’t find the truck?? Ok we will take the flat bed (which we don’t really want). Take another 20 minutes, the flat bed is ready but has no gas so you will need to get gas. No thank you. Can I speak to the manager ? Ummmm not sure one is available. Forget it we will go to Home Depot.

I had to make a few trips to Lowe’s within 24 hours while painting and decorating a room in my home, and after a couple hiccups with the items I purchased, I ended up at the customer service desk early in the morning. Sky greeted me with the biggest smile and the kindest, sweetest spirit.
She made the whole process smooth and calm, which I really appreciated. I actually saw her twice that day hours apart, and she was just as friendly and helpful the second time, so I know this is truly who she is.
