We were told that they do have trucks available but they can’t hold them (Denver store said they were holding a truck for a customer). We rush over and are told they have a van but unfortunately they don’t know where the keys are. But ..: they have the keys to the box truck, ok we will take that. But wait they have the keys but can’t find the truck?? Ok we will take the flat bed (which we don’t really want). Take another 20 minutes, the flat bed is ready but has no gas so you will need to get gas. No thank you. Can I speak to the manager ? Ummmm not sure one is available. Forget it we will go to Home Depot.

Sky greeted me with the biggest smile and the kindest, sweetest spirit. She made the whole process smooth and calm, which I really appreciated.
