I have been to this location at least 3 times a week to get paint for my home this month and he has always been great help. - DSDavid SullivanJan 3, 20265.0In today's day and age, it is difficult to find positive customer service and experiences, however Lowe's Home Improvement on Iverson in Charlotte and specifically the manager- Jeremy absolutely delivered! To showcase this, I initially called for help with an order and wasn't sure what to expect, especially since I was transferred to a couple Associates and then eventually the Team Manager. Yet, once I started speaking with Jeremy the Manager, he explained the specifics of the garage door opener that I wanted to purchase, reviewed the price, helped me place the order via phone, arranged for the pick-up and install service and made my day and experience extremely positive. Based on all of this and my follow-up conversation with him today,. I have to say...you and your store earned a customer for life with me and I appreciate all that you and the team did to assist me! Thank you!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
