    I have ordered custom window coverings for 3 different houses from 3 different Lowe’s over the years. Melanie Williams helped me order a replacement after one of the blinds was damaged. She was great. She followed up as promised and I had the new blinds shipped to my house within 2 weeks. Nice work Melanie. Thank you.

    In today's day and age, it is difficult to find positive customer service and experiences, however Lowe's Home Improvement on Iverson in Charlotte and specifically the manager- Jeremy absolutely delivered! To showcase this, I initially called for help with an order and wasn't sure what to expect, especially since I was transferred to a couple Associates and then eventually the Team Manager. Yet, once I started speaking with Jeremy the Manager, he explained the specifics of the garage door opener that I wanted to purchase, reviewed the price, helped me place the order via phone, arranged for the pick-up and install service and made my day and experience extremely positive. Based on all of this and my follow-up conversation with him today,. I have to say...you and your store earned a customer for life with me and I appreciate all that you and the team did to assist me! Thank you!!

    We had the absolute best experience working with Braden in appliances for a big major purchase in our new house. He was so refreshingly knowledgeable about products they offered, current specials and extremely reliable with communication. He was so patient with us- willing to find alternative solutions with out of stock hurdles and item discontinuation. Thank you so much, Braden! We can't wait for our new appliances.

    My husband and I purchased a new stove through Lowe’s. Everything about the process has gone badly - when the stove arrived at the store, 3 weeks after we bought it, Lowe's couldn’t deliver it till January 6, way after the holidays. I had to problem solve and figure out how to get it installed myself - by an outside company - because the ONLY company that installs for Lowe’s was all booked up. Lowes finally delivered it the stove today, but without the installation kit I purchased. I had to go back to the store to pick that up, and one even said sorry for the mistake by the delivery dept. The feeling you get is that you don't matter. Your time is not valuable. No one is accountable for anything. I will shop The smaller mom and pop businesses in the future, where they still focus on the customer experience.
