    This is a tough lowes to get in and out of. That said, the staff is helpful and accommodating. Not sure why there is never anyone in the lumber section of any lowes, but anyways, highly recommend for home improvement items.

    Hi, today 11/11/25 visited your store around noon. I was looking for some help with an item I was purchasing and when I approached "Lola" she quickly waved me away and ignored me. She was apparently too busy to help. I'd highly recommend she go through a refresher on customer service training. Could have simply said "I can't help at the moment but I'll find someone that can". Thankfully there was another associate who jumped in to help who saw the whole thing go down. I didn't catch his name, but he is a gentleman. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 due to the kind 2nd associate. Thank you

    I completely understand store policys BUT the manager of the store should be able to make an exception in certain cases especially when the customer is trying to price match within Lowes (I mean come on you price match Amazon and Home Depot but not your own store). If the manager had even listened to what my husband had to say without being rude and dismissive then maybe things would have been different. Zero customer service and not at all helpful. Home Depot will get our business from now on.

    Lowes. What are you doing? It's like I am living in a different universe! I'm In the middle of a fence installation and went to three...yes three locations to find a "post line" fence part. This was my forth stop and let me stay...3.hours of my life wasted. All three previous locations failed with customer service. Northlake Mall store did not have the post but was able to provide information about stock in other locations. Huntersville and Concord had the post BUT was missing VITAL hardware. Spacers, support foot, trim flang, mounting plate and hardware! These two locations basically shoved the posts in an area and hoped for the best. Went almost 30 mins out of my way with a buddy to arrive at the Lowes on Iverson Way. They had the part and after loading up our cart with all the supplies needed for the project and checking out, the item scanned for $100 MORE than ALL three previous locations visited...Northlake, Concord and Huntersville. I was floored. Thinking it was NOT a problem I called the cashier in the Garden center who said I needed to visit customer service. Walking over..navigating customers with a huge flat bed cart, I explained my situation and they called a manager. Well. Let . Me. Say This!!!! I have NEVER felt less than..more judged and more unappreciated as a customer than this manager conveyed. His response was: "Well we don't price match with our stores." He did not take the time to listen to our concerns, like we were bothering him and was not an ambassador of Lowes. We drove around trying to complete our project ONLY to buy the part from another LOWES...that IS missing hardware in the hope of contacting the manufacturer to GET what should have been there in the first place. Only to delay completion further. LOWES DO BETTER!

    Found a price in one Lowes store and an item was more expensive in this one, asked them to price match THEIR OWN STORE and wouldn't. Funny I could have had an item from Home depot and Lowe's would gladly have priced matched it but they won't store to store but they won't in their own brand. Talked to the manager about it who was simply rude and dismissive. Called customer service and likewise. Guess what?? I've spent tens of thousands over the years in Lowes renovating homes I've lived in-- maybe more-. I've shopped there far more than Home Depot, intentionally, but today.... They've made a PERMANENT Home Depot customer of me. I won't set foot in a Lowes again. The most insane policy known to man, and the most dismissive manager in a Lowes I've ever encountered. Would have been far better to make the exception and take my money from here on out. You won't ever get that chance ever again. You've lost a literal 30 year customer. Enjoy my absence. Hopefully others will do the same.
