  When we got there, Zachary met us at the door. When I told him what we were looking for, he took us right to it. He helped us decide which recliner was the best and he helped pick out the fabric. He was very helpful and we were in and out in a short amount of time.

  I spent several thousand dollars on two leather sofas 4 years ago. I got top quality and extra cover warranty. I noticed all the back headrest the dark brown color was fading to light brown. I called and the woman immediately goes into how it’s not covered. I asked to speak to management and she gave me his voicemail and I never had my call returned. La-Z-Boy has definitely gone down hill. Unexpected poor quality from Ashley furniture and Roomstogo, but not La-Z-Boy. I’ll never purchase from again. You can bank on that. Buyer beware that la-Z-Boy furniture Is not the same company it used to be.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this La-Z-Boy 9215 Northlake W Dr Suite B Charlotte, NC 28216 location involving a refund issue and the way it was handled by store management, specifically the manager and assistant manager. I was given information by store management that later turned out to be inconsistent with how the situation was handled, which led to unnecessary conduct and stress over what should have been a simple exchange process of a damaged product. After multiple follow-ups and escalation to corporate customer service, La-Z-Boy ultimately refunded the full amount of $1,183. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, it should not have required escalation beyond the store. What was most troubling was learning that, during my wife’s visit to the store to handle the issue, statements were made by the manager and assistant manager that portrayed me negatively and inaccurately. At no point did I act inappropriately or threaten staff. My only request was that the store honor what had previously been communicated. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that customers get all commitments in writing when dealing with store management. Corporate customer service was helpful in resolving the matter, but the in-store handling by the manager and assistant manager fell short of the professionalism I would expect from this brand.

  This lazyboy is outstanding. We first tried the Pineville store, being the original one. They were wonderful, but left us without a designer, sales person who would reach out or a personalized touch. Zach and Martina at this location made all the difference though. They introduced us to their designed program and helped us first pick out furniture concepts. They then arranged a home visit - nearly an hour away- to see the fabrics in person. They used rendering to show us how it would look in our room, and were conscious of our needs. If you're looking for a personalized experience for somewhere that has furniture that will last a lifetime (and comes with a warranty to back that up), come and see Zach and Martina.

  Great place for us! We rolled in on a Sunday. We told our salesperson, Zach, that we were in kind of a bind. We needed one or two recliners before the following Friday if possible. He check the delivery routes for our area and said there was nothing left till the following week. He then went about finding us two recliners that would work just fine. Spent over an hour with us. We then asked if we could take them with us. He said they didn’t normally like to do that for various reasons. But still, he went and spoke with the manager. He came back and told us we could take them. He wrote everything up and we paid. I went out to back my truck in. When I came back, my wife had changed her mind on one of them. He was in the process of rewriting a new sale. But he did it cheerfully and with humor! After all was done, he loaded them for us. Great experience. Would highly recommend them, and particularly, Zach.
