My issue is that they gave me an upgrade option for 2.99 to remove extra shavings for a cleaner cut. The key looked absolutely nothing like mine. When I did the second key and chose not to elect the previous option it came out fine. Thanks for the instant refund and I didn’t have to call anyone. That was great.

Lowe’s machine machines never failed.
