  I love this store! They currently have great Christmas discounts and a wide selection. I came in at the right time and found a couple of nice things for my kitchen. It’s my favorite place for home décor, and I always find something useful here.

  I really dislike having to even give one star. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. The prices are misleading. They have “florals” as a part of their Christmas decor that was supposed to be 50% off. Signs were every where. The cashier by the name of Yvonne kept making rude faces because I was checking her screen and inquiring about the prices as they weren’t reflecting accurately. She literally had a problem with me inquiring about prices that I was spending my hard earned money on. She argued me down stating that the “florals” which were actually sticks with decorative pearls that you can stick on your Christmas tree were in the floral department when I repeatedly told her I didn’t get them in the floral department, I got them on one of the Christmas aisles from bins and told me they weren’t 50% off as the signs stated , they were the 40% that they were showing. I asked for a manager. She calls over Cassidy who didn’t bother to go check and acted as if I was lying about where I had obtained the product and said “no they’re not 50% off!” I said I didn’t want them. I had wrapping tape and it was ringing at regular price. So I inquired about it because again I thought it was included. Yvonne said tape wasn’t on sale. Cassidy stated that the tape was on sale. Then another cashier who didn’t have a name tag on and stated her name was Katie after I asked, inserted herself and asked if help was needed in which I stated that her help wasn’t needed, insisted upon grabbing a paper and showing me where the tape wasn’t 50% off even after Cassidy stated it was included. I told them due to their unprofessional, nasty attitudes, I wanted none of the items. Katie (overweight white female) proceeded to laugh as if it were a joke. I said to her that it was nothing funny. Katie proceeded to say “you’re making me nervous!” I asked “why, because I am a black woman!” Katie gave a racist undertone and so did Yvonne. Another white female whose name I didn’t receive approached the register and I told her I didn’t want anything due to my mistreatment. Yvonne proceeded to lie and tell that female that I was giving g her a hard time. Me, a paying customer who was inquiring about prices and just by me calmly asking, she begin to make ignorant facial expressions and literally catch an attitude. The manager just nonchalantly said “have a nice day!” She didn’t try to get down to what the problem was or did nothing to rectify the situation. It sucks because 2 weeks prior I had my client spending $1000 + on Christmas decor for me to decorate her home at this very location. Mind you, I have a huge social media following that I will be sharing this disgusting, degrading and embarrassing incident with because several people on social media have stated that you all are currently being boycotted anyway. You all do not value your customers and I refuse to spend another dime of my hard earned money in a place with such disgraceful associates even up to the manager . Where does it state that Christmas florals aren’t apart of the 50 % off when there’s a sign right there on top of the floral section? Yes, it does say at the bottom doesn’t include tape but being thy Cassidy gave misleading information that tape was included , she should have rightly honored the 50% off but instead walked away like a coward. This experience was shameful. People were watching, it was humiliating.
