They put in a beautiful set of shrubs and trees, removed all stumps and tree roots, completely graded the yard, removed unwanted items, and laid fresh fescue sod. Not only did Bill do a great job squeezing me in to get my concerns address asap, but his team was prompt and extremely thorough and got the job done in just one visit! Prior to hiring Ground Control of Carolinas, it had been an endless loop of frustration with other companies giving me the run around and not actually being able to fix the issues for about 4 months. After installation, Bill was always readily available to answer any questions I had to ease any further anxieties. Two months later, I can say that the issue has definitely been resolved and I have not had any issues since! So thankful for Ground Control of Carolinas and I highly recommend going with them first to save you from any unnecessary stress!
