There was no pressure to purchase, he allowed us time to shop without hovering, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions or concerns. We made the purchase over the phone after shopping around and he made sure to honor the deals that were promised. I will absolutely consider Furniture Row for future purchases down the road and look forward to working with Austin again if he’s still available to assist us. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were greeted by Tammy Bryant upon entering and we told her we were looking to buy a new living room sofa. She gave us space and didn’t hover but was readily available when we needed her. We found the couch we wanted and Tammy explained all our options and answered every question we had. We were in and out in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend Furniture Row (huge selection).

Lem was GREAT! He wasn’t pushy like your typical commission sales. He would be there for questions but let the products sell themselves. He had a wonderful personality that made the experience more fun and enjoyable. (Buying furniture can be stressful so a great atmosphere helps). Was so happy with our experience we went over and purchased a mattress as well!

Not only did we get the sofa, but also got a couple of accent chairs! Financing is great, 0 interest for 60 months! A cleaning kit with lifetime refills is also included. Would buy from here again.
