I utilized a large storage space here for four months. They made the setup process incredibly smooth. When I was checking out after emptying the unit, a system glitch caused me to be double-charged even though I had paid in full. Before I even noticed the error, they called me up, informed me of the situation, and immediately issued a full refund.
