Casey, the customer service agent, was excellent and provided outstanding support! She led us on a tour of the property and we were able to see units that varied in size. Casey set expectations for pricing (including the possibility of rate increases), and I was glad to be one of the first people to rent a storage unit at the location. In 2026, I received notification of a rate increase and had to determine if I was going to keep the unit or find another storage location. However, after connecting with Casey, she was able to provide assistance. Because of Casey’s professionalism, knowledge and support, I will definitely continue to utilize the unit at Extra Space Storage!
