Then they'll raise the rent every other month. Don't like it? Move all your stuff to another storage company. There's no way to lock in a price. They pulled all the carpet a month ago and left all the razor blades on the ground. Nice. I guess don't bring your kids into the facility. See pictures. This is only a few around my unit. They're everywhere. Really anywhere has to be better than than this place.

Trying to get assistance through the customer service line is pointless. The folks in office have been nice but have no authority to do anything to make this right. I've been referred to the District Manager, Dean Henderson. I have called him 5 tines since Nov 28 and he will not return my call. If he makes it right, I'll update my review
