- GAGruber AccountancyFeb 24, 20261.0Strange. Office people are never there at a set schedule, and you cannot use the restroom for the customers EXCEPT if their office people are there. Also, one manger told me they just rent space out FOR YOUR THINGS, and if you need to spend time IN your locker (organizing etc…) that THAT is really not allowed since you just pay to STORE your things, not spend time with them; there’s a FIRST for everything 😆 treat their customers like criminals…typical corporate response to this review as well. You can’t use the bathrooms because they save on toilet paper… soulless, corporate greed. You’re a number !!!

I received a notice that my rate would increase to $202 per month — a 119.57% increase from my original rate. I attempted to contact the facility multiple times over the two weeks before the increase took effect, leaving messages and trying to return calls, but was unable to reach management during business hours. When the increase went into effect, $80 was withdrawn from my checking account without my authorization, reflecting the new rate. When I disputed the charge and requested a refund, managers Lynn Blevins and Dean Henderson refused to refund the $80 and stated that moving forward I would be required to pay the full increased amount, with no further discussion. This interaction reflects a company culture in which unilateral price increases and automatic withdrawals are enforced without meaningful opportunity for resolution, transparency, or accountability. Customers should be aware of how pricing disputes are handled at this location.
