- MGMP GDec 30, 20255.0I just hung up with Vida at this location. We are adding a second unit, and I didn't even consider calling around. The prices are wonderful and there is no bait and switch. When we needed our first unit, I had rented another storage unit (at a different company) and was so discouraged by the lack of cleanliness and security -- along with water stains indicating potential leaks, that I closed that unit and asked for recommendations. A friend, who is a longterm customer of Extra Space on Morehead, recommended it to me and I haven't had any bumps at all. Besides having a great location and easy parking, the facility is clean and secure. Vida was super helpful on the phone to help me select another unit. I've had other staff help with little questions about the lock/code when we first rented our unit. This is our first time using a storage facility so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was honestly dreading it. I'm so glad I selected Extra Space Storage. I like the covered parking, the app, the passcodes and cameras, as well as the cleanliness. Thank you to the friendly staff and management, who are clearly committed to providing a top notch experience!
