I work five minutes away so I get to my storage unit at 5:05 to get what I need to get and I had a quick question so I go to the office..as I drive past the office I see a lady with short red hair at the desk…because they closed at 5:30 I wanted to be very quick to not hold her up. I get to the door and it’s locked… and she is not at the desk..so I get ready to leave and as I leave, I see the same lady with red hair turns out her name is Kelly… She was sitting at the desk again so I put my car in reverse and I go to the door again and she is nowhere to be found. At this point I’m thinking she is either hiding under the desk or in the room behind the desk to not deal with customers…I start knocking at the window very loudly and I stand outside of the door until 5:30 so over 20 minutes and I’m even calling at this point because I have one simple question. I get back in my car sat at the door and she leaves 5:40p. Bad experience because I should not have had to call the customer service number for something she could have helped with on site instead of hiding. In the office. I tried my best to get there very fast and have the one question to not hold her up.
- AGAna GonzalezFeb 16, 20265.0Stopped by today to look at a storage unit for my 4 kayaks, I told myself I was just looking around but the location of this facility (close and on my way to two or my favorite lake access spots) combined with the fact that they had a unit the perfect size and at a convenient location to load and unload said kayaks, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff, Mrs Kelly, not to mention a great price, I signed a lease today and I am looking forward to coming here 1-3 times a week to access my unit during the Spring and Summer. Thank you Mrs. Kelly for all your help
