I do not understand who hired this individual was very, very rude 000 customer service what I went through at this place. I hope no will ever go through this type of rude customer service. I had plans this guy who works over there put me thru. I am so helpless that I wish people could feel me my job, and my plans all got ruined. I hope the higher up corporate department is reading this and can feel the pain of a customer, which is not right and higher up management can teach this employee what he did to a customer is not right he will be countable for his behavior towards a customers at no work place employees should not treat customer wrong thank you for reading this, Jaison william

The app made entry into the gate and making payments a breeze. Once inside the gate everything was clean and well lit. My only recommendation would be that they add a dumpster but I understand why that may not be feasible. We only emptied our unit because we move to Alabama.
