Also, one manger told me they just rent space out FOR YOUR THINGS, and if you need to spend time IN your locker (organizing etc…) that THAT is really not allowed since you just pay to STORE your things, not spend time with them; there’s a FIRST for everything 😆 treat their customers like criminals…typical corporate response to this review as well. You can’t use the bathrooms because they save on toilet paper… soulless, corporate greed. You’re a number !!!

I was stressed, but Miss April, the storage clerk/sales associate, was absolutely amazing. She kindly assisted me with my situation, listened carefully, and worked quickly to help me regain access to my unit. I came prepared with my own replacement lock that I had already purchased, and she handled everything efficiently and professionally. Miss April was very kind, patient, and helpful, and she truly made a stressful situation much easier for me. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Miss April.
