- LFLogan FreedFeb 16, 20265.0Sakari was a God send. Professional and very personable. I just got off the phone on a tense call and she eased my mind entirely with her composure. She took me on a tour of the facility and answered ALL of my questions and concerns, from policy to practical use of the unit. I’ve used a number of storage units in my life, this one is one of the easiest to use I’ve come across. You have a cylindrical lock (if you purchase the one from Extra Space), this means it’s nearly impossible to bust into. There’s a coded door to get into the facility which takes you to floor one. Along with a pad to pull in a car, truck, it’s tall enough to park u-haul or any taller trailer. There’s an elevator right at the interior dock as you park your vehicle, large enough to get anything into this elevator. The floors are easy to navigate, climate controlled ACTUALLY means climate controlled, safe for sensitive electronics and exotic woods. I got there on a cold day and the interior was about 70 degrees, perfect. The facility is immaculately clean. I have no worries of anything happening to any of my items in my unit. The only thing I have to say about the location and NOT of the faculty or staff, emphasis of location ONLY. Try to get there either very early or very late. It is on a highway that’s hard to merge onto. Other than that, highly recommend. 10/10.
