I went in to the office furious because my units were getting more and more costly. I entered the office and was immediately met wirh such kindness that I forgot to be angry!! Seriously,! Billy Ray was behind the desk. He was too nice. He has such a gentle personality that it was hard to be upset with him. He had so much patience, understanding, and...... he helped to lower the costs of my units so that the costs arei affordable within my budget. He has great knowledge, but more than that......he has fantastic people skills. He said...."All people have to do is come in and talk. We can help with their situation, but, they should come in person so we can get them the best deal possible while still following the company rules and the laws." (He did check with management for approval first, but he got it done!) Billy Ray, you are amazing! Thank you for all your help! I'm feeling less anxious now. GOD Is Good!
