  I went into the store twice. The first time I was helped by Gabe and the second time, when I made the purchase, was helped by Ian. The showroom was huge with many different brands to select from. I knew I was getting a Denver mattresses based on the many positive Consumer Reports reviews. Both Ian and Gabe answered all my questions patiently and with great knowledge. I felt zero pressure to decide on anything. When I purchased my second visit I was very happy with the speed and ease of scheduling the free delivery. The warranty is excellent but more importantly, I slept great the last few days since getting it delivered. The price is also super reasonable, dare I say low?

  Working with the team at Denver Mattress was truly a pleasure! We started working with Gabe, who was extremely helpful and helped us make a decision, when we went back to purchase he was out so we were helped by Ian who was equally as kind and helpful! They ensured that the full process was seamless no matter who we were working with. Ian was especially helpful on the day of delivery and even offered to come to our home to help set up the mattress himself after we had some trouble. If you’re looking for a good deal and great customer service, Denver Mattress is the place. Thank you guys!

  I came into the store yesterday to purchase a king mattress and was helped immediately by Ian. He was absolutely wonderful talk about hospitality! Ian is very personable, honest, knowledgeable, well-spoken, and a true gentleman. He took the time to answer all my questions, comments, and concerns, which made my decision so much easier. I highly recommend going to see Ian! I’ll definitely be back in the near future. Thank you so much for your help!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Ian at Denver Mattress. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured (something that was unpleasant with other mattress stores). We really appreciated that he gave us space to think about our options while still being available when we needed guidance. We spent about 40 mins just lying on all the beds before reaching our decision. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Ian if you’re shopping for a new mattress!

  I walked into the furniture store and was not greeted by anyone The guy at the desk, looked up at me and looked back at his computer. No Welcome to Furniture Row, He didn't ask if I needed any help. I walked the whole 3-room store not once was I asked if I needed any help with anything by employees walking around. Only looked then looked away. There were about three customers including myself. As I walked to the door, I heard a voice say How are you, ma'am. I walked out. No customer service at all.
