  Gabe was extremely helpful when my friend and I drove from Durham to Charlotte to see one of the mattresses that was given a great review byCR. He was easy to talk with and stayed with us while we tried out almost everything in the store. I decided to purchase on of the mattresses from him and he has continued to be helpful and supportive as I try to figure out how to make the transition from my old mattress to the new one. I was so glad to have such a helpful and easy going person to help me with the process. Thanks Gabe.

  Ian was great from the moment we walked in the door. Never once felt like he was pressuring us into buying anything, simply there for us if we had any questions and allowed us to search on our own. Wasn’t trying to upsell us more expensive models. He’s very patient, and very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses they had in inventory. Extremely personable as well. Overall a very positive experience, felt like we got a good deal and can’t wait to receive our new mattress.

  Gabe did an amazing job with our mattress purchase, he found us a deal that we are comfortable with. My only complaint is he initially made it seem the bedding was free with the purchase but it wasn't. Not sure if its because of what we chose for the bedding. All in all we are very pleased, hopefully the delivery process goes as smoothly as our purchase did.

  Upon entering the store, Gabe warmly welcomed us and took the time to understand what we were looking for and our price range. He clearly explained all of our options and gave us space to explore without pressure. Throughout our visit, he followed up thoughtfully and answered every question we had in full detail. We also had our toddler with us, and Gabe was incredibly receptive and patient throughout the entire experience. Despite how busy our toddler was, Gabe never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable and remained attentive, kind, and accommodating. As we were unfamiliar with making this type of purchase, we asked Gabe if he could pull up a mattress we were considering on Amazon and walk us through the pros and cons. He provided honest, genuine feedback that ultimately prevented us from wasting money on a temporary solution. While some may assume his role was simply to make a sale, that was not our experience at all. His guidance was truly informative and left us feeling empowered to make the decision that made the most sense for us at that time. Although we identified a great option during our visit, we decided to take some time to think it over and continue our research. As we compared options, we found that everything Gabe shared was accurate and consistent. We ultimately returned to purchase our top selection. We are very grateful for Gabe’s support, authenticity, and knowledge, and highly recommend working with him.

  My wife and I went to Furniture Row to look at Adjustable Mattress sets. We were greeted by Ian Sutler of Denver mattress which is inside the same store. We inquired about Denver mattresses adjustable mattress sets and any Pres day sales going on, Ian asked us many questions about our current mattress set and what we are looking for and he was very thoughtful and made us feel like we were the only people there which was good in my opinion. He described all the Denver mattress offerings and described the differences between them. We settled on a very good set and the price was right as I figured for my budget. Ian was an excellent salesperson and showed how he cared for each of his potential clients. We were really not going there to purchase but browse but Ian gave as very good reasons to buy and we should receive our special orders in 3 weeks or so and looking forward to it. We felt very comfortable patronizing Denver mattress store and would recommend it. I will update my review after we receive out already new beds and try them out.
