Gabe approached us as soon as we entered, realizing immediately that we were well informed, and were on a mission. He quickly explained the store layout, and left us, checking back on a regular basis to see if we had questions. He provided us with a pillow, and did not try to rush us. When we were ready to Purchase, he walked through every step with a detailed explanation of how the procedure would work. We asked to have a tutorial on the control which he gladly did and let us video it. He suggested that he would be in contact with me throughout the process. We were very pleased with the warranty time and the ability to swap out a mattress if this one truly didn’t meet my needs. I cannot say enough about Gabe in the experience we had at Denver mattress we would recommend the store and Gabe without hesitation.

I first visited on Friday and came back on Sunday because the bed was just that comfortable. When I returned, he remembered me and continued to assist me with the same great level of care. Overall, it was a great experience. Ian needs a raise for sure !!
