    This store has the most horrible Customer Service! I was returning some items as well as buying additional items. I paid cash for the items I was returning. In order to make things easier for the cashier, I said go ahead and put the money on the gift card and I’ll turn right around and use it towards the new purchases. I tried to use the gift card and it was not working. The sales clerk called the manager to find out that you have to wait 30 minutes in order to use a gift card!!! I asked to have the manager come down and rectify the situation. She said she absolutely could not reverse the transaction. I said I would wait 30 minutes and they proceeded to tell me that they closed in 20 minutes. The manager said that the clerk was new and didn’t know the new policy. I now have to go back and re-shop for the items I was going to purchase on another day. The idea of paying cash for items and then having to wait 30 minutes to use the money that I spent there is absolutely ridiculous! As a follow up to my above review, the store director reached out to me personally to discuss the situation and apologized for the service I received as a customer. He emphasized that is not how customers should be treated and will address the situation. Now that is Customer Service!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
