    former Home depot design, BJ warehouse. Need to have a better store in midtown besides at At Home. They have in Concord and Pineville both stores are right by BJs but none in midtown. At home has taken over former building space

    I love At Home in Charlotte on Metropolitan. They always have exactly what I need. This location has a wide variety of items and you can always find some thing that will enhance your home decor. The staff are friendly and courteous. I love this store.

    Cannon went above and beyond in helping me track down gravity sling chairs before he clocked in and after he clocked in he came right back and delivered A1 customer service. Took me right to the product he did!!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
