I did not realize she had ongoing Aptive pest control services being debited from her account until September of 2025. I called Aptive to cancel the account. Unfortunately they could not reimburse her for the funds they debited but I asked for the account to be cancelled. I just found out in January 2026 they had NOT cancelled the account as requested, AND they are refusing to reimburse my 95 year old mother for funds they have unlawfully debited from her account since September. Unbelievably bad customer service and ruthless practices stealing money from old folks.
