  We lease office space, covered parking, and a storage unit here for Queen City Hauling, and the experience has been excellent! Kelly and Christie are always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to anything we need. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained. We couldn't ask for better management! We highly recommend American Store & Lock to anyone looking for dependable office or storage space in the Charlotte area.

  The site manager is terrific. She is professional and really helpful. I recommend renting storage and offices at American Store and Lock. Their prices are fair. They are always helpful when I need something. It’s a good location and clean units.

  She has great customer service I forgot her name but yes great customer service and it's a great price and a very friendly drive you to your destination and also if you can come in at any time 24 hours service some storage units don't have 24-hour access but yes I love the customer service and the place you guys should come and support American store&Lock.
