- GYGary YoungDec 22, 20251.0This is obviously a business that focuses on items selling themselves with the lack of quality customer service. I placed an order 11/20 for a dresser and loveseat. The loveseat was delayed due to their third party vendor, so I canceled that order. The dresser was sitting in-store but I received no contact. I finally called after a few business days only to be told my dresser was not there but I could inconveniently cancel my online order and travel to the store. I declined and contacted customer service. The dresser was confirmed in-store. I called back and received no apology nor a confirmation for delivery. It is transparently obvious this location prioritizes their commission over everything. Mike didn't want to split the set the dresser came with. I received a call from Brandon to right the ship. Unfortunately, I got Mike again when I called this afternoon... and on cue, he made it an inconvenience and was supposed to call me back to replace my order. He never called. I'm assuming he's being too lazy to look up my information. The fact that he has more complaints in these reviews is clear evidence he has issues with "specific" customers. I'm a manager myself and I'm appalled by such poor service.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
