After checking our cameras yesterday, we realized that not only did they fail to add our mosquito bag (an extra service we pay for), they did not spray any of our yard. They did not spray around our entire home, only the portions the sprayer took photos of. They did not knock on the door, so they did not spray our home. The last treatment (in spring) was a winter treatment. We live in a neighborhood with trees, and also have dogs, treatment is critical. The customer service team scheduled another treatment for tomorrow, I am going to shadow them, to ensure they do what we contracted for. I recommend you do the same.

Thomas and his team were very friendly and explained everything they did and what to expect after they left. He went over how often they come back and what would take place on those visits. It is also very reassuring that if I need them before it is time for them to return, they are only a phone call away. Great job.

GO WITH ANY. ONE. ELSE.
Literally horrific. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
Horrific customer service. Can’t get anyone from the local office on the phone. Had to get re-serviced twice bc the agents just didn’t spray and stayed at the house for maybe 5 minutes.
2 year contract that you must pay to get out of. Can’t schedule a specific time for agents to come out. It’s a 5 hour window of when they could show up. They will reschedule your service without telling you. I can’t say worse things. Had 1 good agent. That’s it.

Matt was kind and courteous in helping me come to a decision to sign up for pest control services, despite my general dislike of door to door sales. Having people, pet, and garden eco-friendly compounds was important for me, and it was convenient that Aptive came to me as I had been meaning to get pest control services but had not made the time.
Lukas was the technician that came out for the initial treatment, and he gave a thorough explanation of what he was doing while being very respectful of my home and patient with my barking dog.

Just based on their aggressive/annoying salesman, I would never choose this company. They were in our neighborhood this past weekend and the salesman came to our door around 5PM on 4/2, we were just getting home from work so we didn’t answer. That same night he came back at 8:30PM (why are you knocking on doors this late when people are eating dinner and putting children to bed???!) and wouldn’t leave until we answered, he was ringing the doorbell and knocking hard on the door, making our dogs bark. We answered through the doorbell camera saying “we’re eating dinner and we’re not interested.” He came back on Saturday, 4/4 after seeing us outside while he was patrolling all the other neighbors houses and came up to my husband saying “I know you said you’re not interested but I can only offer you this deal in person”. My husband said we already said we aren’t interested but let me run it by my wife this weekend (politely saying leave us alone!) He came back Monday, 4/6, around 12:30PM and I was busy so did not answer. He came back again 15 minutes later ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door again after he saw my let our dogs out in the backyard! Talk about feeling stalked and watched in your own home, so uncomfortable!! Pretty sure it’s borderline harassment and trespassing to come back to someone’s house trying to sell something after they’ve already told you they’re not interested. Awful look for your company and by the other reviews, this happens often. We’ll be staying with Home Team. Do better!!!
