Fernando stood with me searching high and low until we finally found all the right package. Up next was Roy and Justin teaming up to make sure my checkout process was set as I didnt have my card on me and was looking to use lowes money which was new to me. Roy continued helping customers left and right as Justin crunched all the right numbers and calculations to make the end purchase outstanding. I was throughly impressed with Justin dealing with my difficult situation that he kept checking in and asking his fellow team members if they were ok and if they needed anything. Roy also remembered me from a recent experience and asked about that tool purchase. These 3 gentlemen deserve a raise and or to be recognized in my eyes. Great Job!!!

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
