    Ordered a range drip pan online for in-store pickup. Order readiness and pick-up process was smooth and easy. But the item itself was crap/extremely poor quality, back side edges chipped and rough, which would scratch the surface of my range. Why would you pull poor quality merchandise for a customer's order when in fact the merchandise should be returned to your supplier as unacceptable before I / your customer ever see it? You wasted our time. Extremely disappointed.

    FERNANDO, ROY AND JUSTIN AMAZING HELP! Came in first thing on Sunday morning to purchase a bosch package set I was inquiring about. Fernando stood with me searching high and low until we finally found all the right package. Up next was Roy and Justin teaming up to make sure my checkout process was set as I didnt have my card on me and was looking to use lowes money which was new to me. Roy continued helping customers left and right as Justin crunched all the right numbers and calculations to make the end purchase outstanding. I was throughly impressed with Justin dealing with my difficult situation that he kept checking in and asking his fellow team members if they were ok and if they needed anything. Roy also remembered me from a recent experience and asked about that tool purchase. These 3 gentlemen deserve a raise and or to be recognized in my eyes. Great Job!!!
