Unfortunately, after about four months at the location, I noticed it was very humid inside the building and a number of my stored items were covered in mold patches. The local employees explained a malfunctioning AC unit was the likely cause, and it was repaired or replaced. I was told twice that I would get a call from their corporate office, but I never did. I was left deciding which items to wipe down and attempt to salvage, and what needed to be junked. Also, after three months expect your rental rates to almost double, but if you talk to the onsite manager they may be able to lower your rent back down.
