    This is my favorite Lowes location. We live closest to Apex and about the same distance to the Cary store, but this location always has staff ready to help and easy to find. Every time I've been there it was clean and organized and easy to find what I needed. It's worth it to go out of the way to have a great experience. The online pickup ordering is always ready much faster than promised.

    Very bad experience today. No one was able to answer the phone @ garden center. I call the front desk and they refused to help and just transferred me back to the empty garden center. Very poor employee training and customer experience. Just needed to get a simple question answered.

    I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Frank (aka “Frank the Tank”). I needed help cutting some dowel sticks down to very specific sizes, and he went way out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He was patient, precise, and clearly cared about getting it right instead of rushing through it. It’s rare to get that level of attention and effort, and it made the whole project a lot easier on my end. Big shoutout to Frank the Tank for the top-tier customer service.

    Placed my delivery order online with Grove Barton Lowes (that store had all my items in stock). My order ended up getting split into 3 deliveries. (IDK why) The Morrisville Lowes on Maynard had the bulk of materials needed on site. I called around 11:30. The lady at the Pro desk spoke English, but with an accent. After holding for several minutes while she got back to the computer to look up my order, I listened closely to find my materials had not been loaded and were in the 12-4 delivery window. I knew that if I didn't go ahead and get the materials, it would be too late in the day to make progress. She was not willing or just not capable to help. So, I had asked her to transfer me to the delivery dept. I was already otw there and once I arrived at the pro desk (still on hold on my phone), I noticed the young female I had been speaking to. She was in conversation with her co-worker behind the Pro desk. I went straight to the only person that was working, Steven. (There was no one at the pro desk at that time other than the 3 employees. I noticed this because most of the time the Pro Desk is usually pretty busy at other Lowe's). Steven, stopped what he was doing, looked up my order, made 2 phone calls to the delivery dept, Jessica walked up to the Pro Desk from Delivery and helped me secure my order. I was loaded and on my way to the job site by 12:30. Steven and Jessica went above and beyond. They put their current tasks on hold and helped me. I say this to remember, while there are employees that have nothing to do and want nothing to do, there are also humans that have a purpose and go out of their way to serve others. I hope Lowe's recognizes these 2 individuals, because there was great effort put into helping me keep my job productive that day. It would not have been possible without Steven and Jessica.

    Great experience at Lowe’s! The staff were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate their professionalism and patience. I will definitely come back again!
