If you wait a day, it might not be there tomorrow. Staff is always polite, helpful and friendly. Low pressure and they don’t follow you around the store and try to explain what a couch is used for.

If you’re going to do any shopping here, be prepared to spend. But the FIRST thing you need to do is go find the guy named Craig. He is the most personable representative of any business I’ve ever visited. He will devote time to helping you fit your needs and understand the RH Outlet logistics, even if he’s busy with the duties he has to take care of that moment. He always has time for the customer and I felt very well taken care of. Amazing job, will be back as long as I still have furniture budget!
