  Christina and the team are wonderful to work with. Helpful, responsive and provide top notch service and deliver the RH level service at the outlet store. I have found some great pieces at this store at a great price.

  The location was easy to find. The parking is plentiful. The inside was clean and well lit. I’ve been wanting to pop in since RH outlet opened. I was curious about the selections and discounts. I saw several different items that were up to 60% off. The options are a unmatched steal to own luxury decor with a discount. The furniture was unique and definitely showcased a variety of quality items. There were 0% engagements from the staff here (this wasn’t a busy day) Perhaps this is the norm for discounted luxury furniture. Staff definitely saw me but didn’t interact at all. No warm welcome or acknowledgement. I was invisible to staff and perhaps this is the norm.

  If I could rate this place 0 stars I absolutely would. Their inconsistency with policies is absurd and the treatment of costumers is appalling. Went in looking for a set of chairs on a Saturday at 11 am, was and was told the chairs were on hold since before closing the previous night and the hold would last till 1:00 PM the next day. Called at 12:30 PM the next day just to find out the hold was extended till 1:30 pm and then called at 1:45 ready to head in and complete the purchase just to be told the chairs were still going to be on hold for the other costumer. Manager was fully aware of this issue and inconvenience and still did nothing about it. The worst part of this experience was the lack of communication after their several promises of follow up they claimed they were going to have. After being an RH client for years, experiences like this take away from the brand and also from the experience.

  Amazing selection, prices and customer service. Craig and Christina were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. They were very patient and customer service is a genuine priority for them. Some outlets let designers come in and tag a bunch of inventory for the day, but not here. The rules for holding items apply equally for everyone, so there's not a mad rush to tag inventory at opening (thank goodness). Truly a fantastic experience. We have been RH customers for many years and could not believe the deals we got at this outlet (first time at an outlet). Tons of Maxwell couches, chairs, patio furniture, and rugs (and so much more)!

  The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. This place has great selection. The price is still RH price with slight discount. Do your due diligence and look on their website and then compare, I find you get about $500 cheaper for a $3000 dresser compared to their current online store price. If you don’t mind slight imperfection for $500 cheaper then it’s a good store for you.
