I could buy additional shingles myself, haul them home in my car, then return the “extras” tomorrow when the full shipment arrives. When I asked if they could coordinate with Holly Springs to send a partial delivery today, they said they had no control over that store. I even asked if they could reduce tomorrow's delivery amount to account for what I'd bought myself today—still no. No one mentioned yesterday that another store would be handling this. No one called to warn me about the delay. When I asked to speak with someone who could offer a real solution or at least some empathy, I was told that wasn't possible. The staff acted like this was my problem to solve, not theirs. A guaranteed delivery date should mean something. A $5,000 order should warrant basic customer service. I got neither.
