    Terrible service in the paint department. I stood there waiting and was never acknowledged. The associate immediately helped the customer behind me instead. Completely unacceptable. There were five employees standing around, and no one offered assistance. Very disappointing.

    Tried to call the store, but no one ever answered the customer service line. You guys are doing a great job. I called twice and no one ever answered. Thank you Lowe’s. I think I’m gonna be shopping at Home Depot from now on.

    I love going to the store. Since I started my new job, I end up having to visit the store several times a week for supplies and the occasional specialized tool. Usually, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have only had one negative experience and the manager rectified that situation

    I ordered 17 planks of drywall from Lowe’s in-store on October 15th, with delivery scheduled for October 17th. I specifically requested that the delivery team call me before arriving so I could direct them where to place the drywall. On the morning of the 17th, I received a message saying the delivery had been completed — but when I checked, I discovered that the drywall had been dropped off in the driveway of my neighbor’s house on a completely different street (same house number). When I contacted Lowe’s, they told me the delivery was handled by a subcontractor and that they couldn’t give me a definite time for redelivery. When I asked the store manager why I hadn’t received the promised call, he incorrectly claimed it was because the order was a same-day delivery — even though I had placed it two days earlier. Around 3 PM when I went out I noticed that the drywall had finally been delivered — but this time, they had placed it directly in the middle of my driveway, completely blocking my car. Again, no call or communication beforehand. This was not only inconvenient but potentially dangerous — what if there had been an emergency and either me or my neighbor couldn’t move the car? The delivery service was highly unprofessional, and it’s disappointing that Lowe’s seems to have no control over their subcontractors. Overall this experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and even unsafe.I will definitely be avoiding online or delivery orders from Lowe’s in the future.

    I came to this Lowes to buy some wood to fix some that rotted on my back porch. I had no issues with my purchase, but I wanted to leave a review since when I was leaving I did most certainly see mouse droppings around the food and a chewed up bag. Otherwise, great service but I wouldn't buy snacks.
