    DO NOT BUY FROM LAZYBOY...THEY WILL NOT COVER TEARS PAID $398 FOR THE SERVPRO WARRANTY AND THE RIP IN THE CORNER IS NOT COVERED....WELL IF THEY SEWED IT RIGHT THEN IT WOULD NOT BE RIPPING...GO TO ROOMS 2 GO AND SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY...THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR EXPENSIVE WARRANTY. NOW THE GAP BETWEEN THE TWO RECLINING CHAIRS IS GAPPING APART AT THE TOP. THIS FURNITURE IS JUNK AND NOT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY YOU PAY....DONT DO IT!!!

    Shoutout to Rich at La-Z-Boy for turning what I thought would be a boring couch shopping trip into a surprisingly great experience. This man knows couches like some people know sports stats. He was patient, honest, and didn’t let me buy something I’d regret sinking into for the next 10 years.

    Went looking for some chairs or a love seat. We were greated right away and was shown around. We took our time and we weren't hounded but they were close by for questions. Once we narrowed it down they helped us chose what fabric we wanted and even saw a picture of what it would look like when done. We have to wait since we chose something not it stock but that's fine since we're able to get custom covering. Everyone was very friendly and looking forward to the new chairs coming in.

    The end product is very nice. It was expensive compared to other furniture stores. We are happy with the furniture. The process was not the greatest. I was told a price for the ottoman and assured I could get one anytime. We decided to purchase it the next day. The bill was $100 more than we were told. We paid it. The first loveseat delivered was stained and stitched wrong on the arm. The delivery man spotted it immediately. We wasted half a day waiting for them. They took it back a delivered another one a few days later. This one was flat out damaged. Another half day waiting. The third one as fine. We like the furniture but feel we overpaid. We also felt like the damaged furniture delivered had to have been noticed when the truck was loaded. Overall good product, very expensive, but we felt like we were intentionally taken advantage of.

    I called the Cary story to see if I could get a second chair to one that I purchased in October. The sales person said they didn’t have one in stock but he could order one. He spoke with his manager and she gave him permission to charge me the same amount that I paid for my first chair 2 months ago. The order was completed, my credit card was charged, and the receipt was sent to me. Several hours later the sales person called me back and said that his manager told him to cancel the sale and that if I wanted the chair it was going to cost me $1000 more. The sale’s person was embarrassed that he had to make the call. I told him that this was bad business and that I would never shop at that store or Lazyboy again.
