Jim was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my new recliner. This was a pricey purchase but Lay-Z-Boy has a very good reputation & stands by their products so my decision for this purchase was an easy one. The recliner I selected was a powered one with a remote that I can program which is a nice feature. I didn’t want a recliner that looked like the typical oversized one. And this one looks like a nice comfortable accent chair. With the nice tweed (gray with black accents) fabric that I selected the recliner is going to look fabulous! I am looking excited & looking forward to relaxing in my new recliner.

She spent a great deal of time in discussing the pros and cons between all the different types of recliners that would meet and or exceed our expectations for years to come. With a just a few questions of what we were looking for, he narrowed the choices down to a few recliners and a nice chaise, couch set. We never felt pressured to just quickly buy and go. Rich took his time and explained all the details and specs for each piece we looked at. Overall, our visit exceeded our expectations. Thanks Rich!! And a thanks to Gabby for helping picking out colors and patterns.

He helped greatly in getting our son a comfortable chair that fit his large frame. Kudos to Karl for helping my husband pick a new chair. Both Kyle and Karl were pros and knew their products and all their features in depth. It was a very pleasurable experience. The chairs are an addition to our 20 year old, still in perfect condition living room and dining room.
