- CRCasey Romano4 days ago3.0Please I beg you to hire someone for the fabric section. All of us who used to go to Joann’s are now left to come here and it is NOT an enjoyable experience at all. The employees hate cutting fabric and I feel like such a burden. The old lady yelled at me when I was telling her what I wanted. Unfortunately I have to come back because sewing is a part of my small business and this is all that is left after Joann’s closed down. I really do dread these trips now. Sigh. Please do better and talk to your employees about customer service.

Imagine crowded Christmas shopping, grabbing a reservation paper to purchase an artificial tree, waiting in a very long line, being charged for said tree, then waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring you the tree, and then being told they didn’t have the tree after all and that I’d have to take the gnarly display - but not at a discounted price. Then imagine having to wait in line again to get reimbursed. NEVER again.
