However, checkout is horrible - you will wait in long lines for a very long time. Don’t know if the registers are up-to-date or Associates are not thoroughly trained. This is very discouraging and disappointing.

I did call the assistant manager and told him about my experience, he was very apologetic. He said he would speak to her about her rudeness & attitude towards customers. I gave 2stars because I usually do like this store! I will never have this lady check me out at the store.
