You think you found the fair price for a storage unit or space and you sign the contract and you get billed three months in a row exactly as stated in your contract. Then, SURPRISE, you get a postcard in the mail (though all other correspondences are fully digital and modern) and if in fact you actually open paper mail you see that your monthly rent -- which they claim to be a "promotional rate" has "expired." And your new rate is DOUBLE what you signed up for. You have less than a month's notice to accept the bate and switch or find a new unit/space. I vacated, and you should, too.
