Contract was easy to navigate, no hidden gotchas, and easy to cancel. They gave me a great promo rate for the first three months and were willing to negotiate back down after the promo rate ended. My belongings were all exactly as and where I left them, in great condition. The staff are curtly polite and don't try to talk to you like a car salesman. I've dealt with scammy storage places before and this is FAR from one of them.
