Curtis was very professional and did an excellent job. He sent a text with pictures to let me know what he did.. he sent a text prior to arriving and I informed him that I would not answer the door as I'm not feeling well. He honored my wishes and continued with a professional job

I would not recommend this company. The 1st service i got was good and every one after that was really bad. I was being treated for spiders and mosquitoes during spring and summer months. They were not knocking down spider webs and the mosquitoes were still very active. I was also being charged $105 a month for a service every 4 weeks. I didn't receive service for October, December and January but was still charged on the 1st of every month. I canceled service and was then charged $199 for early contract termination. Which i could understand if I hadn't already been charged for 3 months of no service. I explained the months that I didn't receive service and was charged should cover that cost. The told me it wouldn't and the only way to not get that charge would be to reactivate my account. This company is the worst.

Our Aptive specialist, Steven, is very thorough when treating my home. He makes sure every possible potential troubled spot is taken care of prior to his departure. He's knowledgeable, patient and takes time to explain in detail his plans for treatment and provide all the details and photos upon completion. Steven has outstanding customer service and treats my home with utmost respect and care during the entire service. I hope to keep Steven as my service specialist throughout my relationships with Aptive. I recommend Aptive to all my family and friends and recommend requesting Steven for their service provider.

They were very quick and accommodating to my schedule. They placed bait outside, gave me glue traps for inside, added repellent around the entry point outside, and cleaned away cobwebs around the door. They have a lot of additional services, so once this is taken care of, they can manage other seasonal pests throughout the initial 12 month contract, most notably mosquitoes and fleas. I do like that they will treat the yard. Not all companies will do that apparently. It wasn't as inclusive in some ways as some exterminators I've seen on YouTube, but for the price/deal I got, I think it is not just fair but a good deal. They'll return monthly to reapply bait and deterrents, and reassess the situation. Hopefully they will help with future deterrents like placing wire mesh around the house and sealing cracks. Right now the main focus is getting rid of pests so that we don't close them in and cause new issues. I like their multi-step approach and forward thinking. I like that I was texted pictures of where everything is placed, what was used, and what was done. It was great to already have my card charged through auto pay after the appointment. They send email notifications and receipts as well as text, which is modern, convenient, and saves time, paper, and overall hassle. I think adding services like cleaning the crawlspace after an infestation would be a good addition if it is not already part of the plan.
