AVOID AT ALL COSTS: While they do provide services, this place is almost a scam. You will get locked into a contract and trying to cancel it is near impossible. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They don’t answer emails (even though in order to cancel your contract you have to provide written notice). Any local number you call will lead you back to the same generic call center every single time. Even though it says I have to provide written notice, when I call (like the auto generated response to my email says to do), they say I must call back on a specific day in order to cancel. We’re running in circles trying to get out of this. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID.

Roman was very professional, knowledgable, and informative while treating my house for the first time. He walked me through everything he was doing and the steps I needed to take for a successful treatment.

A 3-5 minutes notice of arrival is just not enough. I find it very difficult to make contact with company t determine when treatment might occur or canceling treatments.

I purchased the “premium package” from a very nice guy that was going door to door… Great salesman. Told me to call him if I had any questions or needed help. When I did call him a couple of months later he didn’t answer and never replied. We pay $104 per month for services, starting in July. In October our service went from monthly to every three months, while still paying $104 per month. The portal is virtually useless for anything other than scheduling a visit. It is incredibly difficult to find a way to contact them. When I did find a way to contact them via email, the email came right back saying the email address was no longer in use (this email address is still listed on their receipts and invoices). When I called the number on the email it was not connected. When I finally did get in touch with someone to cancel our 24 month contract (which I was originally advised was 12 months and could find NO WHERE on the contract the length of time agreed upon, as I would have never agreed to a two year contract as I move often) I was advised that I still have to pay for this month plus a $199 cancellation fee(called to cancel on 2/2, we are charged for our services on the 4th of every month). So I now owe $303 for services I’ve not seen since November, when I called them out here for emergency services. They sold this as a deal when local exterminators are charging $70-$80 per month. Please do your research with small businesses and individuals before signing up for this. I have been taken as a fool since July due to poor research. They gave me a discount on the day they sold the services for writing a good review (before I’d ever experienced their services… RED FLAG) so this is me giving a true review of my experience with them. Pros were that they were available when needed and the techs that came were always very nice.
