Sometimes a text to let you know they’re on the way and sometimes they just show up and just start working and don’t say a word. One technician sprayed my windows on the house and for what I do not know. The stains lasted about four days before they will come off. Another technician showed up and by the time I finish using the bathroom, He was already packed up and leaving so that tells me that he didn’t do a damn thing to my yard. It got to the point That I had to call the customer service to tell them not to send a specific technician to my house ever again or I would definitely cancel the service. They put it in the notes and guess what, the technician showed up to service calls later. I canceled today and they had the nerve To charge me $199 to terminate the agreement. Anybody who thinks about using Aptive for their pest control, Go elsewhere because you will be disappointed
