  Asked the tech to remove the dead mice (from the poison they put out), he did not. We texted back asking if he could come back and remove them. The response we got was from an obvious person who did not come out to the house, asking “how tall is your Crawlspace” …. Got home from work, mice are still there. But they did try to upsell me on mosquito protection… so I guess there’s that.

  Very great experience, so far. I just received my first treatment and I’m surprised at how fast it worked. All of the wasp nests and spider webs were removed, mosquito trap is in my backyard, as well as a rodent trap and the entire front and back yard of my home was treated. I also had treatment around my windows and entry ways. I’ll update my review, as time moves on and I receive more treatments. I was updated about my appointment and the technician texted me when he arrived. I also received an email with the invoice, full explanation of what was done and pictures of my home, property and yard where the treatment was applied. I’m very happy so far. From the sales portion, by Nate to my first treatment by Malik! Thank you!

  Christopher actually took the time to explain exactly everything he was going to be doing, What the benefits were, Pros and cons to each question that I had. I’ve had exterminators in the past and it was like a whirlwind They would come in and get out so fast so that they could rush to the next job and collect the fee. Christopher didn’t do that to me He was very mindful and polite and had impeccable manners. He is the one in 1 million employees that you actually want to keep because employees like him representing your company will not only gain you new clientele, but retain the clientele that you have.

  Beware of Aptive's contracts. 24 months with a $200 cancellation fee (which they skip right past during their door to door sales, as well as no mention of the fee when asked about canceling). In addition, they make you jump through tons of hoops to try and cancel. Their service leaves a lot to be desired, as well as telling you they can do things when they actually can't (I had a problem with frogs, they said that they could take care of it with their platinum plan. 3 months later, still frogs, and after I call about it, they said that they don't have anything to deal with that issue and don't offer that service). Their techs are nice, but the company itself is shady.

  If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I canceled my services with them. They stated it would be $199 to cancel even though the rep that signed me up told me I could cancel at any time. It is what it is, I knew I was moving to an even better non corporate company. Anyways, upon canceling I asked them not to charge my card on file and to just invoice me. Not only did they send me an invoice for the balance, they also charged my card on the same day. So basically they were trying to scam me out of double the money. If someone tells you not to charge the card on file and you agree and send an invoice, you should not charge the card! Then when I called them I was placed on hold for almost 20 minutes just to be told that I have to wait 7-14 days to get a credit on a charge they should have never charged to begin with. Pretty shady if you ask me. Just know that you have been warned about their shady ways.
